Dogs with disabilities aren’t so popular and don’t get adopted as fast as other dogs. They deserve as much care and attention as any other dog. This is why a YouTube content creator named Rocky Kanaka chose to foster a blind puppy. It was a way for him to show how precious blind dogs are.
Rocky planned an entire day of fun activities for the blind dog, Willie. The activities revolved around trying a few things for the first time. One of them is trying on a special treat from Starbucks.
Rock went to a Starbucks drive-through and ordered the largest cup of puppuccino he could get. It is a version of a cappuccino that is safe to consume for dogs. It sounds fancy but is actually just whipped cream in a cup and nothing else.
Rocky allowed one of the drive-through employees to hold the cup while Willie consumed the content. The employee was overjoyed seeing the puppy lick the puppuccino. After that, Rocky stopped at a parking lot to let the dog finish the rest of it.
Since Willie’s face was covered in whipped cream, he had to get cleaned. It was the perfect condition to transition to the next event, a pool party. Rocky then drove home to prepare for a small pool party for Willie.
Rocky entertained Willie while filling a small pool with water. He let the dog follow the sound of the hose and made him chase it for a while. It’s funny how Willie would get surprised when the stream of water hit his head.
Once the pool was filled, Rocky slowly guided Willie to go in. He also went in to make the dog feel at ease about being in the water. Later that day, another blind dog named Kobe joined the pool party.
Rocky did a lot of videos about Kobe when he was fostering him. He ended up adopting Kobe after some time. There’s a chance that the same would happen to Willie. As for now, he is still up for adoption.
