An unknown individual abandoned five puppies in a fenced-in property in a peaceful residential neighborhood in Ukraine. The only structure on an otherwise vacant property was an old shack, and the puppies’ screams and cries rang throughout the neighborhood.
A local homeowner contacted the local animal nonprofit group Love Furry Friends, recognized for rescuing abandoned or abused animals off the streets and caring for them. This organization has a YouTube channel where they encourage people to adopt the rescued animals. The homeowner hoped the crew would assist the unfortunate animals.
The following morning, the team arrived at the address provided by the caller. They needed to secure the dogs before the onset of winter. The rescuers observed only three dogs within the property’s perimeter fence.
Two team members scaled the fence to enter the parking area. Immediately, the puppies fled beneath the old hut.
Another team member prepared a large plate of food. He distributed it to his teammates on the premises, which they offered to the puppies. However, the puppies were too terrified to come out from where they were hiding.
The rescuers took a step back and waited for the puppies to emerge. The puppies crawled out and consumed the food on the plate one by one. The small canines also began to feel accustomed to the presence of the rescuers after roughly an hour.
After eating, the dogs grew friendly with the team and wagged their tails. The rescuers were soon able to remove the puppies from the area and place them in dog crates.
By the end of the day, the gang had successfully rescued all the puppies.
The rescuers hoped that whoever adopted the puppies would care for them. They are currently working hard to find them new homes.
