You will never know how lovable a dog is without fostering them. That was precisely what happened when Elisabeth Dunn Price and her family got paired with this adorable pup named Biscuit. They were initially meant to foster the puppy and nurture him until he was ready to find his forever home.
But Biscuit was just too lovable a dog not to be adopted. Within a short period, they found out just how affectionate and clingy the pup was. They couldn’t bear the thought of having him taken away from them.
And so not long after they started fostering him, they immediately filed his adoption papers and welcomed him into the family. Biscuit was thrilled to belong to a family finally. He would frequently cuddle with his mom and spend hours watching her.
Years later and Biscuit did not even change one bit. In fact, he became more clingy to his mom when he found out about her pregnancy, especially that Elisabeth was suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum. She would always be sick and nauseous and spend about eight to twelve hours in the bathroom.
During these occasions, Biscuit would always accompany her without fail. He would stay beside Elisabeth in the bathroom and only comes out when she comes out.
He doesn’t even go out to eat or drink for fear that something might happen to his mom while he was gone. Of course, Elisabeth was pretty touched with Biscuit’s gesture. It became a routine for them that she needed to bring dog treats and water inside the bathroom just so the pooch could eat while guarding her.
Fortunately, Elisabeth is due within three weeks. By then, they would welcome a new addition to their family, a baby boy they named Noah. And with the flow of events now, it is no longer surprising that Biscuit will be Noah’s best friend too. Just look at how dutiful and adorable this pup is.
