Brianna and her Pitbull Gemma have been best friends since the day they met. And the day Brianna gave birth to her son Elliot proved to be a life-changing experience for the loving Pitbull.
Growing up
Elliot and Gemma’s friendship grew each day in the span of over four years. They spent countless hours running around and playing all over their house. That was until Elliot had to attend pre-school.
Whenever Elliot was at school Gemma moped and laid on the couch all day. She often stared out the window waiting for her best friend to come home. Gemma constantly looked sad so Brianna did everything for the pup to be happy despite Elliot’s absence.
Brianna and her husband began fostering kittens but none of them made a connection with Gemma. After a few fosters, the couple found a newborn cat named Boops that immediately bonded with the dog.
Best friends
It was evident that Boops got scared of Gemma at first but the pup tried to be gentle. It took a few moments but Boops quickly learned to love Gemma’s company.
Gemma and Boops played almost every day. Elliot loved the idea of a new friend and he always looked forward to coming home and playing with them.
As the years passed, Elliot grew older and focused on school more rather than his pets. Despite the lack of attention, Gemma and Boops still had the time of their lives hanging out with each other.
Brianna was happy that everything worked out. Elliot was doing well in school and having fun while Gemma and Boops spent their days enjoying each other’s company. The two animals proved that even the most unlikely friendships can turn out to be one of the best relationships out there.
