What started as a nightmare for this family in Michigan turned into a happy ending.
One day, Tiffany Townsend allowed her children to play with Nyla, their dog, in their front yard. Little did Tiffany expect that Nyla would be in trouble because of that decision. While Tiffany’s children and Nyla were playing, a strange woman snatched the dog.
When the incident happened, Nyla was still a young puppy, so it was easy to carry her anywhere. After the unknown woman snatched Nyla, Tiffany’s children began screaming and crying. This was the time that Tiffany ran outside and checked what was happening. When she arrived in their front yard, Nyla was no longer there.
Tiffany’s children explained to their mom that someone grabbed the dog and drove away. This incident did not only leave Tiffany’s children sad but also scarred forever. Nyla’s snatching also left a void in Tiffany’s heart, but she was determined to find Nyla.
Volunteers from the Lost Paws, LLC heard about Tiffany’s ordeal, so they offered their help. It was a long shot, but the volunteers promised Tiffany that they would do everything to locate the dog. The volunteers received photos of Nyla from Tiffany, so they knew how to start their search.
But even before they began their investigation, one of the volunteers saw a dog on Facebook that looks like Nyla. The dog was for sale, so the volunteer got curious if it was Nyla. The volunteer reached out to the seller and asked for information about the dog. Fortunately, the dog for sale matched the details of Nyla.
This was the time that the Lost Paws sought the help of the local police. The local police did an entrapment operation to rescue Nyla. Fortunately, Nyla has yet to be sold at that time, so she reunited with Tiffany and Tiffany’s children.
